Announcing new pilot initiative: The "Building Ourselves" group coaching series
Happy 1-year anniversary, Building the Builders!
In the stupor of caring for a mildly colicky newborn (and his moderately moody big sister) over the past month, I totally missed what would normally have been a sentimental occasion for me: the 1-year anniversary of the launching of this newsletter.
One year ago yesterday I published “part 2” of one of my personal favorite (if I may say so) posts to date, which I branded on social media as a “Valentine for my fellow builders.” Since then I’ve only grown in love for all the ambitious builders out there who read and benefit from this newsletter, and I’ve thought a lot about how I might best serve their psychological needs on scales both larger and more intimate.
To iterate on this problem, I’ve built myself a little sandbox: a confidential online coaching series for small, select groups of ambitious builders, where we meet to support each other in chewing, operationalizing, and integrating the insights of this newsletter into our minds and lives.
Until now I’ve kept these groups on the DL, given they truly are in beta mode, but: as we’ve now had 2 successful pilot runs (thanks to the 20 bold pioneers who’ve gone on the journey with me <3), and as I’m feeling sentimental on the heels of Building the Builders’ second Valentine’s Day, I’ve decided to share their existence with you all.
With the huge caveat that I really do intend to select only a handful of participants into each group, and will be making selections as much with an eye toward ideal group composition as individual “builder” credentials: if you resonate with the contents of this newsletter, and you want to be part of an active community of ambitious builders working to inspire and empower each other toward radical self-betterment, I welcome you to fill out this interest form.
Happy anniversary, dear readers, and here’s to another year of populating the world with joyfully boundless builders—starting with ourselves.
